BODYBRASIL FITNESS™BODYBRASIL FITNESS™ is a challenging strength and conditioning class that will get you into shape with resistance training using weights, body weight exercises and drills, and simple capoeira movements. The instructor emphasizes technical form and design the classes for students of all skill and fitness levels. Cost: Full session is $100 (8 classes); pre-registration required. Early Bird Specials may apply. Drop-ins are welcome for $16 (cash only). Pre-registration is required to enroll in each entire monthly session. This can be done at the studio front desk or through our online scheduling system (click the Morning Bootcamps tab). Sign up two weeks prior to session start date and save money with the Early Bird Special price. ACSF Cancellation Policy Cancellations made by students after course start date are subject to $20 administrative processing fee plus courses attended.
I have been attending body brasil for several years and Ive never had a better workout. Ive been taking exercise classes and going to gyms for years and this is so much better. I actually look forward to waking up early and going. The class is always different and the music is always good.
