ABADÁ-Capoeira Arts Center is available for rental for rehearsals, master classes, workshops, one-time events, performances, photo shoots, filming, and conferences.

Requirements

• Renting party must sign the provided “Licensing Agreement” contract and release form prior to renting.
• All fees must be paid prior to renting.
• Renters are responsible to leave premises the way they found them.
• Renters are responsible for all damages that occur during rental contract period.
• ABADÁ-Capoeira SF reserves the right to refuse to rent to any individual or party of individuals, and reserves the right to terminate any and all rental agreements at any time.

Rental Types and Rates

Rehearsal Rates:
$20/Hour weekday day rate / M-F 9am - 5pm
$25/hour weekend & afterhours rate / 6pm-10pm

Master Classes / Workshops / Photo Shoots Rates:
$30/hr weekday day rate / M-F 9am - 5pm
$50/hr weeknight / 7pm - 10pm and weekends / 10am- 10pm

Conferences / Performances / Events / Filming* Rates:
$65/hr weekday / M-F 8am - 4pm
$100/hr Friday / 8pm - 12mid / minimum 3 hours
Saturday / 4pm - 12 mid / minimum 3 hours
Sunday / 2pm - 12 mid / minimum 3 hours

* Based upon the nature of the rental, an additional $100 cleaning fee and/or a security deposit may be required.
