In late August Mestra Márcia traveled to Rio de Janeiro to meet with Mestre Camisa and the other Mestres and Mestrandos of the group. In addition to attending Mestre meetings Márcia also was there to teach workshops and sit as a judge at the Jogos Brasilieros 2014. The event serves thousands of ABADÁ-Capoeira students from various parts of Brazil, and the world.
