ACSF is officially Brazil-bound August 19 – 24 for the ABADÁ-Capoeira Jogos Mundiais. Our global school’s international capoeira conference features unforgettable master workshops, lectures, rodas, competitions, and the Jogos Mundiais “world games” in Brazil and at Mestre Camisa’s training complex, Centro Educacional de Mestre Bimba (CEMB.) This year, several of our students and teachers plan to participate in the event, many competing and some receiving new cords!
The 2025 traveling party includes: Mestra Cigarra; Professoras: Sereia and Estrela Vésper; Instrutoras: Ciranda, Sucurí, Jabuticaba and Flor do Mar; Graduadas/os:Toninha, Tatú, Gafanhoto, Pica Pau; Pezinho, Dezenove, Pantera, Baraúna, Gavião, Wassabi; Samambaia; Joaninha and Pé De Vento, and Alunos/as: Leão Marinho, Gaivota, Macaquinho, Cisne, Umbaúba, Jujubinha and Morango.
