Our first-Tuesday-of-the-month fundamentals class is on! This is an opportunity for first-timers to train for free with our founder and artistic director, Mestra Márcia Cigarra, and to purchase four subsequent classes at a discount. (A 4-class pack normally costs $80, but for first-timers, it’s $60.)
Focusing on the fundamentals of ABADÁ-Capoeira technique, this class is the perfect place for beginners, as well as continuing students looking to review and hone the basics. Put these upcoming dates on your calendar:

Participants must register in advance. Warming up with the class is critical, so new students are asked to arrive early as they will not be allowed to join the class after it has begun. Open to teens (13+) and adults of all levels. Spread the word!
