2026 Spring Break Kids Capoeira Camp

ABADÁ-Capoeira SF is offering a fun, engaging day camp Monday–Friday. A safe, active place for your child while schools are closed!

THE DETAILS

* Dates: Monday–Friday, March 30 – April 3
* Time: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
* Ages: 5–12 years old
* Flexible enrollment: Attend one day or the full week. Drop-ins are welcome.
* Cost: Day rate: $100; 5-day rate = $450
* Discount Access: Reduced-cost access is available upon request.
* Extended care: Before care from 8:00 AM and aftercare until 5:00 PM available upon request for $20/hour. Pls Note: No aftercare is available on Fri April 3.

ABOUT THE CAMP

Camp is full of movement, music, creativity, and community. Campers spend the day:

* Learning Capoeira and maculelê movements
* Playing Capoeira instruments and rhythms
* Singing songs in Portuguese
* Playing Capoeira-based games that emphasize teamwork, leadership, and cooperation

Campers also explore performance skills, writing, reading, artwork, and creative play. Students learn acrobatic and self-defense movements and use them to improvise, collaborate, and create together.
