Have you tried our Mission: Workout fitness class? This class brings together neighbors of all ages, shapes, and fitness levels in the Mission District to move, sweat, and support one another. We adapt cardio, dumbbell, and bodyweight exercises for people of all abilities.

New schedule starting Feb. 11
Sundays: 11:30 am – 12:30 pm
Wednesdays & Friday mornings: 6:30 – 7:30 am

Not sure if this class is for you? No worries, your first class is free.

Just complete a release form and arrive at any scheduled class a few minutes early, and you are all set. Then, if you like the class (we know you will), you can purchase bulk classes at a 50% discount. *Valid for first-time students only. Limit one promotional 50% off class card purchase offer per student.
