Workout with Friends for Free

Come get your sweat on at Mission: Workout, a class where neighbors of all ages, shapes, and fitness levels come together in the Mission District to move, sweat, and support each other. Taught by personal trainer and capoeira teacher Renata Barella, our focus is on feeling good and getting stronger—together—with cardio, dumbbell and bodyweight exercises adapted for people of all abilities.

Bring friends to our kickoff on Nov. 2nd and see what it’s all about, then sign-up for two four-week courses or drop-in to any class:

Course 1: Nov. 4th – 30th
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:30am, Sundays: 11:30am
$150

Course 2: Dec. 2nd – 30th (no class 12/25)
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:30am, Sundays: 11:30am
$150

Drop-ins: $15

We’re so excited about this program and intend for it to welcome people who have little fitness experience and no capoeira experience into our space. Spread the word!
