Open to ALL ABADÁ students! This ONLINE conference includes presentations and round-table discussions on topics relevant to the art of Capoeira.
Presenters include ACSF’s Mestra Márcia and Instrutora Sereia, plus numerous other educators, historians, and Capoeiristas!
Friday, Oct. 9, 12:00-1:30pm
Instrutora Sereia will be talking about “Wild Wellness: Living in Alignment with Nature to Achieve Performance Longevity.”
Sereia’s speaking time is 1:00-1:15pm PT
Sunday, Oct 11, 10-11:30am PT
Mestra Márcia Cigarra will participate in a round table discussion, along with Mestra Edna Lima and Mestranda Juma, about the topic “A mulher na Escola ABADÁ-Capoeira,” (The Woman in the ABADÁ School).
